Encode / Decode Toolkit
Base64, URL, and hex encoding and decoding, using proper UTF-8 byte handling under the hood — not the naive approach that breaks on accented characters or emoji.
MD5 isn't offered here — it's cryptographically broken for
security purposes and modern browsers no longer implement it
natively (Web Crypto API dropped it deliberately). Use SHA-256
or better for anything security-relevant; MD5 is really only
still appropriate for non-security checksums like verifying a
file download wasn't corrupted.
