Apache Worker Calculator

Same idea as the Nginx worker calculator, but for Apache's MPM model — prefork (one process per connection) or event/worker (threaded), sized from actual RAM rather than the packaged defaults.

Use prefork if you're running mod_php rather than PHP-FPM — mod_php isn't thread-safe.
Leave at 0 to just use whatever RAM allows.
